My son sent me this address and it is wonderful: http://www.slacker.com/ It has free listening music--The only part I have tried listening to and I am listening right now is the classical station--really great music. So check it out. (photo by sbblackly at flickr) Oh they also have Christian music of different types--so you click on it and click on the Christian music and it plays all kinds!
The way I like to use it is by typing in an artist that I like. It then creates a radio station that plays music which is similar in style to that artist. Pretty nice.
