My husband wanted to take these pictures for the blog!! HA!!! Blogging is effecting or rather affecting his life, even though he does not blog. (I am doing a double post--one at Spindle Cottage too)
My 15 year old cat is so affectionate. He likes to put his paw on my head or shoulder if I am sitting down. Sometimes he meows at me until I do sit down so that he can apply his affection.
Unfortunately, I am the one getting grey, even though he is the one getting old.........no...no...I am not getting old.....I am getting younger.......my hair just doesn't agree!!!
That's so sweet. My dog does the same thing. But I'll bet it's more comfortable with Mr. Kitty than it is with a 40 pound Miss Grace.
ReplyDeleteThat's not gray hair. It's silver strands to reward you for your life accomplishments. That's what my hairdresses calls them.
Weezer
Loved seeing the cute picture of you and your dear cat. He does look friendly and I bet he is great company.
ReplyDeleteSorry I didn't get a picture of inside the beach huts. I wanted to go ask someone but chickened out!
Another blog friend has a picture on her blog of the inside of one.
Go here to see an amazing post.

I love it. And it's true that our hubbies do get involved with our cyber friends!
ReplyDeleteMe again - I am sorry that you've had so many mosquitoes this summer - do they not spray in your town? That's a lot of controversy around here, but with West Nile disease, it's pretty crucial. I haven't had a bite this year that I can think of, but the girls sure have. I read that if you rub plain hand soap over them, it helps the itch. Seems to work.
ReplyDeleteFirst grade is going fine - she does run into her teacher off and on, so that helps. I told the teacher when I saw her about the prayer - she was blown away. She is such a sweetheart.
So sweet
ReplyDeletemy cat (which I inherited when my Mom died) is 15. She follows me around. Sits at my feet if I am watching TV and meows outside of my bedroom door waiting for me in the morning. Oh my.
No....we are not getting older...surely not (o:
OH!!! SUCH A SWEET CAT!
ReplyDeleteMY DOGGIE, DOES THE SAME THING! ACTUALLY HE IS RESTING HIS HEAD ON MY SHOULDER, AS I TYPE!
DEBBIE MOSS
I have not been to your blog in absolute ages!
ReplyDeleteLove the mustache on your kitty!
We lost our black and white cat during the winter. Actually he was white with a few black spots. So hubby insisted we get another Burmese. Our kitten is such a character. We enjoy watching him attack the old kitties, and it is hilarious to watch our twins attempt to eat him. I never knew that one day I would yell "Do not eat the cat!" On a regular basis.
