Bags packed but didn't go
Well , my bags were packed and I was ready to go see my new grandbaby, but I came down with a sore throat and headache....so it will have to wait. I don't want to expose them! (Although I did get to see him for a few minutes on the day he was born!)
I am so sorry you didn't get to make the trip. I know how disappointed you must be. Hurry and get well so you can go see that beautiful new baby. The picture of your doll brought back memories. I had a life size baby doll when I was a little girl that I just loved to play with. When my daughter came along, she was more interested in Barbie types which had recently become all the rage. They are still popular after all these years. I still think baby dolls are the best.
I hope your feeling better soon! Your grandson is so precious. That happens to me all the time when I am so excited about something when it comes time to go or do I get to feeling kind sick, ever since the 6th grade. Get well soon! ginger
Good morning nannykim, Yes they do have year round school. My grandson i only 4 he will be 5 in September. I wanted them to wait a year to put him in school but they wanted hime to start. After all why would they listen to me I'm just the grandma. He will be fine I am sure but he still likes to play when he should be working. Off to work I go. Have a blessed day, ginger
