I am Crazy

I lost it this year. Last year I thought I was bad because I put my tree up before thanksgiving......but my little town has had their Christmas decorations up for a week now and I saw a tree done all in white (see the post that is before this one) and I couldn't wait to put the tree up. We have a tiny artificial tree that we purchased years ago when we were pretty poor and we didn't want to keep dumping money into a real tree. So this one has some memories. Soooooooo......I have done it all in white--I still have a few more things to put on it....

I know I should have waited, but I enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas and I am not one who cares about blending the two---Christmas gives me a very thankful heart for all Christ has done.

  2. I think it's great how you blend the two together! I always think of them going together also. I think that I wait to long to decorate for Christmas. May I will start sooner this year.

  3. Thank you for your comment on my blog. God uses the comments on my blog to speak to my heart sometimes, and yours certainly did. May He bless your week.

  4. Wow. I haven't been by for awhile so I haven't seen your heading. It's wonderful. I love the trail and the fence and I get the feel of the season when looking at it. Three cheers for you for putting up your Christmas tree. I love this time of the year too. Your tree looks great. Makes me want to put ours up. Thanks for your comment on my Spiritual Sundays post. I agree with you, that we probably do keep changing boats. Have a great day!

and you can put it up early if you want to....

We are thankful that Christ died for us...so the two seasons tie well together...

  6. It is beautiful! I usually wait until the day after Thanksgiving - little Care Bear has been bugging her mom for days to put theirs up. Maybe I should suggest that she let her do it!

  7. I love trees done all in white. I love white. Why wait until after Thanksgiving. I keep putting a few little Christmas items out but we haven't put the tree up yet.
