This routine works!! I have finally lost 5 pounds and it only took 1 week. I have had lots trouble (for years) getting the last bit of weight off and have struggled to do it , but this worked. It is found here: http://www.prevention.com/print/26102 The only thing I changed is I ate around 1,100 to 1,200 calories a day instead of the 1600 the article states. Also since I already had been exercising for 40-45 minutes a day I followed her set up but just left the 40 minutes per day (she has you do 30 minutes) I love the weight routine because I hate weights, but these routines only take about 15 minutes a day and they exercise multiple muscles in one routine--love them.
