A weight loss routine that finally worked for me

This routine works!!  I have finally lost 5 pounds and it only took 1 week.  I have had lots trouble (for years) getting the last bit of weight off and have struggled to do it , but this worked. It is found here:  The only thing I changed is I ate around 1,100 to 1,200 calories a day instead of the 1600 the article states. Also since I already had been exercising for 40-45 minutes a day I followed her set up but just left the 40 minutes per day (she has you do 30 minutes)  I love the weight routine because I hate weights, but these routines only take about 15 minutes a day and they exercise multiple muscles in one routine--love them.

  3. I'm going to check it out, thanks for the link. It is very difficult to lose weight and keep it off at our age. But it is so worth it in that it improves our health a lot.
