So last week I had lost 5 pounds and this week I have lost 5 pounds more. I am almost down to my pre-pregnancy weight after 25 years!! ha!  You can go here to get the details.http://www.prevention.com/print/26102 I love the 15 minute weight exercises because they combine so many muscles in one exercise!

  2. Congratulations! That is one rigorous set of exercises, I looked at them. I don't know if I could be disciplined enough to do them, so I didn't.

  3. Well done you. I'm afraid I'm a bit like Cindy and need the support of other people to motivate me. My girlfriend has just joined the gym and I might need to join her.
    To answer your question about the dogs, they were off the ground because of snakes - we were in Australia and in sugar cane country so a lot of snakes about. No crocodiles where we were, they are slightly further north, but there are iguanas and other large lizards as well.
