Right now they are working on a poetry garden---well, a new area for it. I love the rice fields too. I also love the little zoo with the otters---my favorite part of the zoo along with the butterfly exhibit and the bird area! Litchfield is one of the nicer areas (away from the tackiness of Myrtle Beach!)nannykimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09904490730187017812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2159952229917348825.post-35816339081530046702012-03-27T23:38:26.501-04:002012-03-27T23:38:26.501-04:00OMG! I love all the statues and the gardens but I absolutely love looking over the old rice fields the most! It is such a relaxing and amazing place. We are going to Litchfield this summer so I definitely have this on my to do list as well. You will be pleased your husband was able to join you, I hope the allergies behaved while you were there :D) I'm not sure how I would have reacted to an alligator - we are practically predator free here in N.Z. In fact I can't think of anything dangerous in the animal line off hand.

Dianadoodles n daydreamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13489851609110132969noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2159952229917348825.post-35721071933402588392012-03-26T12:13:01.372-04:002012-03-26T12:13:01.372-04:00Ha--not a memorial for the Great Dane--but one of ...Ha--not a memorial for the Great Dane--but one of the many statues in the garden!nannykimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09904490730187017812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2159952229917348825.post-19873427161699474692012-03-26T11:38:14.521-04:002012-03-26T11:38:14.521-04:00Is that a memorial for the Great Dane?
